Saturday, July 18 join Motivated Mommies for a morning of South Jersey summer perfection at Whale Creek Marina in Strathmere from 9am- noon.
Our morning begins with a stand up paddle yoga class with Stratty Paddle’s own SJSportyGirl, Kayleigh Friend. Then we’ll paddle back to the marina for blooms & bevvies. Handcraft your own floral bouquet guided by Kat of Smithville Blooms, with locally grown flowers by Mazzeo Meadows. Iced cold beverages from our local fav, Sidney’s Coffee and Eatery.
Your experience includes:
1 locally grown floral bouquet
1 floral arranging class
1 90 minute paddle and SUP yoga class
1 iced matcha or iced latte
Bathing suits or athletic ware and bare feet. Don’t forget your SPF, girlies!
