Spend your Sunday morning on the water with South Jersey Sedd at Whale Creek Marina in Strathmere! Join us on Sunday, August 2, from 9:00–11:00 a.m. for the perfect blend of movement, relaxation, and sweet summer treats.
We'll kick things off with a scenic paddle before anchoring at our floating dock for a Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga class led by Stratty Paddle's own SJSportyGirl, Kayleigh Friend. After class, cool off with a frozen treat, dip your toes in the bay, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy the peaceful beauty of Strathmere before paddling back to the marina.
It's the ultimate way to start your Sunday—leaving you refreshed, recharged, and ready for the rest of your day.
Your experience includes:
- Stand up paddleboard rental
- Guided paddle and SUP Yoga class
- One frozen treat or ice cream
